Sample gases are diluted twice.
There is a evapolated tube between 1st dilution tube and 2nd dilution tube.
It is evaporated volatile matter in sample.
Principe, of measurement: Condensation Particle Counter method (CPC)
1. Target particles are condensed for growth by passing microparticles through supersaturated steam of butanol.
2. Laser beams are irradiated to the condensed particles for detection of scattered light pulses generated from individual particles.
3. The particle concentration is calculated form the pulse numbers.
