Example for measurment system
Detail dilution part
Dilution is performed two times. An evaporating tube is installed in area between the primary dilution and the secondary dilution to play the role of evaporating volatile matter contained in a sample.
Principle of measurement of particle count: Light scattering method
1. Target particles are condensed for growth by passing microparticles through supersaturated steam of butanol.
2. Laser beams are irradiated to the condensed particles for detection of scattered light pulses generated from individual particles.
3. The particle concentration is calculated form the pulse numbers.
